Position Overview
This position will provide clerical support for the Nutrition Supervisors and Registered Dietitians in all three homes. The position encompasses both clinical nutrition and foodservice production.

Duties and Responsibilities

Nutrition:

Update diet lists, nourishment lists, and production sheets.
Edit changes in the menu system and recipe books.
Perform meal audits.
Complete and summarize meal satisfaction surveys.
Attend and assist with special functions as planned.

Registered Dietitian:

Assist with new movein assessments, develop inservices for staff and attend interdisciplinary meetings.
Review referrals and quarterly assessments alongside Registered Dietitian and update nutrition profiles.

General:

Incumbents must keep uptodate on all relevant legislation, collective bargaining agreements, County Policies and Procedures, etc. ensuring that these are implemented as prescribed
Incumbents must possess the physical ability to meet the duties and responsibilities of the job description and/or the requirements identified within the position's Physical Demands Analysis.
