We are currently hiring a
Coordinator - Compliance and Administration for a full-time position in
Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. This role is ideal for somebody experienced in Water and Wastewater Operations, inspections, risk assessments, emergency response, reporting and data management.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, implement, and enforce strategic compliance policies.
- Respond to environmental events
- Risk mitigation, management and reporting.
- Provide technical expertise and advise on environmental legislation.
- Data management, review, and compliance tracking.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements.
- Management of permit renewal and licenses.
- Populating and submitting all applicable reports.
- Tacking work in progress and client invoicing.
- Oversight and administration of various operational activities
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of 510 years experience within the Environmental, Water and Wastewater Industry.
- Knowledge of environmental, water & wastewater legislation, regulations and guidelines.
- Experience dealing with emergency response and reporting.
- Excellent computer skills and efficiency utilizing Microsoft tools.
- Must demonstrate a high level attention to detail, as well as the ability to identify discrepancies within datasets.
- Ability to provide clear direction and support to team members when dealing with noncompliance/adverse situations.
