Junior Installer - Residential/Commercial Project.

The primary task of the Junior Installer is to:

  • Assist in the installation process for commercial and residential projects.
  • Upkeep and maintain fleet of installation vehicles and equipment.
  • Packing/Loading/Unloading tools, equipment, cabinets, etc.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and preshift check before departing shop.
  • Clean Drivers Abstract an asset, though not required for this position.
  • Lead the installation process for commercial and residential projects:
  • Kitchens, Bars, Islands, Closets, Millwork Wall Features, Ceiling Trellis, etc.
  • Uptodate training considered an asset. All training will be provided.
  • Operate Power Tools including drivers and saws.
  • Experience with wood working tools/machines an asset.
  • Assist/conduct various site measuring responsibilities.
  • Adhere to and abide by all safety regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Work independently and work well in small teams.
  • Work autonomously for a large portion of your day.
  • Flexible hours are required. Shifts may start early in the morning/ afternoon/ evening. Afternoon/Evening/Nights may be required at times for special projects. If overnight accommodations are required (Muskoka, North Bay, etc.) accommodations will be provided.


As a Junior Installer, you will primarily work in a team setting, and you will likely be paired with an experience installer.

The goal of this role is to gain the necessary experience to work independently and to uphold a high-quality standard when dealing with a range of site conditions.

Installations are a growing segment of our business, and we will be looking to establish installation crews and teams to complete commercial and residential projects.


There may be an opportunity to specialize in the installation process for aerial millwork elements and the installation of 'architectural millwork features' in a commercial setting.

There will also be opportunities to expand in the manufacturing and installation of solid surfaces and modern countertop materials.

From $20.00 per hour
