MRS is seeking an experienced Handyman(painter/floor tiler) to perform commercial service, maintenance, in the Ottawa region.
MAINTENANCE REPAIR SERVICE
Maintenance Repair Service is a dynamic and growing commercial repair company based out of Ottawa area, with branch office in Toronto.
With a staff 50+ employees, MRS is one of the larger maintenance service providers specializing in commercial service for retail industry.
Since its inception, MRS has grown into a one-stop repair outfit, providing quality solutions for all maintenance and repair needs.
We now have fifteen specialized divisions, each providing us with the required expertise to service a very broad array of retail maintenance needs.
MRS is dedicated to continual improvement and is always searching for ways to improve internal systems using the latest technology and work processes to deliver the absolute highest possible customer service.
MAIN DUTIES
We are seeking the following Experienced Handyman for year-round employment Specializing in:
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Tile repair and replacement(ceramic & vinyl)
- Inspecting commercial properties to identify and report deficiencies
REQUIRMENTS
- Valid driver license G with a clear driver's abstract (required)
- Must have their own set of tools. However, jobspecific equipment will be provided.
- Own transportation (during 3 month probation trial)
- Good communication and a high level of customer service
- Must provide a criminal record check upon hiring
- Must be able to work weekends if required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience (required)
