    Manage and coordinate the senior executive's schedule, including organizing important meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
    Handle confidential communications and ensure the smooth running of the senior executive's office.
    Assist in preparing analytical reports and undertaking various administrative tasks.
    Streamline office management procedures, including the coordination of events and management of executive expenses.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
    Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role.
    Bilingual, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building rapport.
    High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern office technologies.
