Job Function:

Must be willing to crosstrain in various areas of the department as required, including between drawer cell, front to drawer Assy, Packsize machine, Ligmatech, etc
Share in maintaining equipment by monitoring warning signs that may arise
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment to ensure quotas are met
Meet and exceed plant key measurables, quality issues, and cost reductions
Follow shop floor controls
Ability to be part of a team
Able to take the initiative to solve problems, where appropriate
Follow all Knoll safety policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Participate and maintain 5S in the workplace
Maintain and follow the ISO standard operating procedures
Ability to work in a multishift environment including flexible hours and weekends
Participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement process

Load/Unload Components

Heavy lifting is required up to 50 lbs.

Education Requirement:

High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate in English (both oral and written)

Experience Requirement:

Ability to use a tape measure
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure especially in metric
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and related technical data.
One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment
