Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for group bookings and catering events.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase our hotel's offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, planners, and industry influencers.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.

Financial Management:

Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an asset.

Proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on group bookings and catering events.

Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
