Canadian Home Office (CHO) is home to approximately 50 full-time associates who work in departments such as Human Resources, Merchandise Buying and Pricing, Replenishment, Marketing, Finance, Space Planning and more. The small but mighty team at the CHO supports the operations of 140+ PetSmart stores in Canada and works closely with counterparts at PetSmart's global corporate headquarters located in Phoenix, Arizona. We also share the Canadian home office with our colleagues at PetSmart Charities of Canada—an independent, registered charity dedicated to reducing pet homelessness and supporting the bond between people and pets.

About the Job

E-Commerce/Digital Analyst - PetSmart Canada
Intern role - 4 months - May - August 2023

Office Environment - Office based culture, with remote work from home days.

SUMMARY

The E-Commerce/ Digital Analyst will be responsible for providing analytic support to the Digital team by delivering competitive reporting, promotional recaps, & process improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support for holiday execution
Salesforce Commerce Cloud sale shop execution (promotional & feature shop set up)
Ensure accuracy of digital tactics in all external marketing assets
Online assortment management: Seasonal
Leverage content management system to implement seasonal content
Support of FedEx & Door Dash/Marketplace partnership
Manage DC supply & projections of SFS corrugate
Support day to day digital tactics & deliverables
Facilitate new sku set up & attributing
Weekly reporting cascades
Salesforce Commerce Cloud execution of bonus treats/monthly treats loyalty promo codes
Contribute to execution of content and promotional tactics on web & app
Support of Sameday Delivery & Autoship initiatives and other assigned tasks as needed
