    Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    :
  • Assist team members with the completion of excavating, backfilling, and grading of foundations in residential subdivision projects in the City of Ottawa and throughout the valley.
  • Participating in landscaping tasks, including planting, sodding, and general yard maintenance.
  • Ensuring the job site is maintained and organized by sweeping, disposing of waste, and maintaining tools and equipment.
  • Preparation of construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
  • Operating basic construction machinery and tools, such as drills, saws, and power tools.
  • Willing to take on various tasks as needed to support the overall project

    • Requirements:

  • Prior construction experience is considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation is required
  • Ability to work long periods of time and work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Working hours may vary between Monday to Friday.
