- Working with minimal direction and exercising strong initiative, judgment and confidentiality, duties include all assistant functions relating to document production and drafting of correspondence as well as all administrative functions including calendar, appointments, billing, travel arrangements, bring-forwards, as well as filing and general file management.
- In addition, this position provides back-up administrative support to the SVP Finance & Risk Management and CFO, and other areas within the CFO's oversight as required.
- Finally, in collaboration with the Executive Assistant, Finance & Operations the incumbent will assist with coordinating and managing the delivery of records and mail, facilities management and accommodations services for the company.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as paralegal, legal assistant or executive assistant to lawyers or senior executives.
- Experience working with MS-Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experience in file management.
- Experience in calendar management and meeting planning.
- Experience handling confidential information.
