Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.The Finance Manager in Digital Business & Technology Solutions (DBTS) will partner with Security and US IT & Finance teams to provide support for all finance related activities including strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, reporting, chargeback process, expense optimization and business casing.
What will you do?
Security (Cyber & Physical)
- Assume the role of an expense consultant for the Security team
- Manage the strategic planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting cycles
- Collaborate with other DBTS Finance Managers during reporting, forecasting, and budgeting cycle team player to help achieve collective organizational targets
- Partner with Security team in expense optimization and creating financial capacity for the team to achieve their objectives
- Manage the US-DBTS partnership by serving as a single point of contact for the US IT and Finance team
- Collaborate with other DBTS Finance Managers in presenting the complete financial analysis to the US team as a single point of contact, you will be required to help support US for all IT chargeback (not just Security charges)
- Partner with DBTS Finance Managers in helping US optimize their IT spend
- Work with US Finance in delivering the annual strategic plan and budgeting as well as monthly forecasting on a timely manner
What do you need to succeed?
- CPA, equivalent work experience or another accounting designation
- Proven track record of partnering with and influencing business units to drive results
- Ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges
- Extensive experience in building and operating financial controls and analysis
- Experience in working with large, complex organizations
- Prior experience in supporting IT organizations is an asset
