    Responsibilities:

    • Generate innovative design concepts and optimize current projects based on engineering calculations and specifications.
    • Conduct tolerance and design analysis using engineering tools to document results.
    • Create prototypes to evaluate feasibility and performance.
    • Validate product designs through engineering activities and testing methods.
    • Coordinate design work to ensure timely release and adherence to standards.
    • Maintain accurate technical records to support project deliverables.
    • Review products for best practices in design and assembly.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • Up to 3 years of experience in automotive product design preferred.
    • Knowledge of GD&T, engineering calculations, and automotive terms.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
