Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
General duties:
- Complete voucher and payment processing while exercising judgement and critical thinking
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information
- Review and process employee expenses for reimbursement in accordance with standard policies.
- Liaise with vendors when necessary
- Maintain voucher, expense report and other document files electronically with accuracy
- Other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a highvolume environment, ideally in a professional services environment
- Successful completion of a College Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, is essential
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with high ethical standards
- Dependable and accurate in carrying out responsibilities to a successful conclusion
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Exceptional commitment to customer service with a strong sense of urgency
- Effective communication and relationship building skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
