What is the opportunity?

RBC Dominion Securities Sudbury Branch is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telemarketer to join their dynamic team. In this role you will perform targeted electronic campaigns for existing or prospective clients to advise and inform them about a product or a service. In addition, you will apply basic knowledge of concepts, terminology, and requirements to support area of responsibility and performs well-defined/routine tasks.

What will you do?

• Reviewing organization or customer records to identify and maintain prospect lists. Observing do not call and do not e-mail lists.
• Originating e-mails or notifications to prospective customers and providing information about products and services.
• Updating database and adding or deleting contact information as required.
• Responding to incoming inquiries from prospective clients to answer questions or place orders.
