    Facilities Attendant Grounds

    Auxiliary On-call as required

    Duties: We are looking to hire auxiliaries to provide on-call/as required backup to staff positions who oversee the grounds and landscaping areas of the campus. Current needs are primarily focused on Maintenance of grounds and gardens in the spring and summer, e.g., pulls weeds, maintains flower beds, water, mow lawns, trim shrubs, etc. Additional shifts and hours may be offered to auxiliaries who are available.

    Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent, with one year of experience in building maintenance and grounds keeping and landscaping experience or an equivalent combination of experience, along with Class 5 Driver's License, First Aid Level 1 and experience operating grounds maintenance equipment.

    Salary: CUPE Pay Level 4 with a starting wage of $26.97 per hour (this includes 8% in lieu of benefits and vacation)
