Overview:


Responsibilities:

***- Provide dynamic and creative leadership to a team of up to 10 Enterprise and National Account Executives.

  • Lead by example and skillfully manage a complex sales environment utilizing excellent negotiation, relationshipbuilding, and presentation skills.
  • Manage the pipeline and forecast contracted bookings through strong administration skills including utilizing Salesforce to report on activity to drive consistent revenues and attain assigned targets.
  • Hire, coach and develop Account Executives who focus on targeting high value accounts in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development and Revenue Operations & Productivity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to deliver mutually beneficial solutions to Clevel executives.
  • The position requires the ability to develop account plans and to identify, sell and close large programs with net new clients as well as within related divisions of existing clients.
  • Consultative/strategic approach to selling solutions to HR, Finance and procurement leaders and Clevel executives.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience creating and developing successful Enterprise sales teams in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader.
  • Experience working for SaaS companies that serve Fortune 1000 companies selling innovative solutions to HR, Operations, Procurement and Clevel executives.
  • A proactive, handson individual able to command respect of the entire organization through leadership, intelligence, creativity, hard work, and presence; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization.
  • Skills in strategic planning, meticulously measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying potential risks and roadblocks, and creatively contributing solutions.
  • A highly professional persona and polished demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
$190,000 - $380,000 a year

  • As part of our commitment to the US Pay Transparency Legislation, Achievers will follow all local Pay Transparency Laws and Regulations. Actual starting pay is determined by several factors, including worklocation, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Compensation Range:
$380,000 (OTE)
