Product Manager - Toronto, Canada - Achievers
Description
Achievers is looking for a Product Manager who can help us streamline and grow our user journeys.This user obsessed role will focus on driving members into our platform and leverage a wide range of data to identify growth opportunities across mobile, desktop and third-party integrations like MS Teams.
In this role, you will have ownership of the Achievers platform notifications, growth strategy and roadmap. You will work with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize the work to be done for your engineering team.You will assist in setting the product strategy and road map development for a platform that makes over 2 million employees feel good about their work.

- Articulate detailed user stories, participate in daily scrum rituals, and answer questions as the customer representative
- Drive active usage by building a cross channel communications solution
- Work with other Product Managers to determine user journeys with key features across the platform
- Work with engineering to execute on your product vision for key products and features from conception to launch
- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand business and user needs and prioritize work
- Develop and measure product metrics to drive product growth
- Ensure the organization is prepared to market, deliver and support all new product capabilities
- Assist with product release communications, internal & external
- Drive launches with product marketing, including beta programs
- Gather ongoing feedback on both existing and upcoming product capabilities
- Act as a product expert and champion
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Product Management Experience
- Experience working on CRM or marketing platform API integrations (Iterable, Mailchimp, Oracle or Salesforce)
- A proven understanding of cross channel communication and user journeys
- Success working to drive user action and conversion funnels
- Exposure to working with multiple vendor integrations
- Success with cohort analysis and behaviour lead next actions
- Experience with personalization and advertising technologies
- Data minded with the ability to define, capture, and decompose relevant metrics
- Experience acting as a product manager in an agile development and rapid prototyping environment
- Experience articulating detailed user stories, participating in daily scrum rituals, and answering questions as the customer representative
- Experience working with product marketing to launch products internally and externally
- An understanding of basic project management principles and the ability to prioritize work based on greatest business impact
- Ability to conduct user interviews and research, as well as competitive research.
- Conceptual understanding of web development and APIs
- Strong appreciation for user design and user behaviours
- Natural leadership, communication, and influence skills
- The ability to work with product metric tools to make data informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree required, Business / Engineering / Design or other technical degree preferred
