The Returns and Reverse Logistics Manager will be responsible for our end-to-end returns process as well as reducing NewAge's total exceptions cost.

This position will lead a team of returns, reverse logistics, and claims specialists to ensure we are meeting customer expectations while limiting financial exposure to NewAge.

Additionally, this position will work closely with logistics, customer service, quality control, and engineering to identify, analyze, and reduce total damages caused by our manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation providers.


Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain industry leading returns and reverse logistics process that reduces total cost and the amount of returns while increasing customer satisfaction
  • Develop and streamline reporting and analysis of exceptions data to identify key opportunities for reducing damages, creating operational efficiencies, identifying cost savings, decreased claims
  • Lead endtoend returns process including return authorization creation, reverse logistics, inventory postings, and claims management
  • Develop and execute procedures to reduce exceptions/damages caused by warehouse and delivery mishandling
  • Identify and lead crossfunctional projects that are accretive to NewAge's bottom line
  • Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement efforts related to role
  • Provides leadership to personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication while creating and maintaining a favourable work environment for employees.

Requirements:


  • 48 years of direct experience in North America ground transportation in a 3PL distribution and finalmile home delivery environment
  • Experience with visual dash boarding, database query design in SQL and Tableau is required
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data to recommend, test, and implement solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as business, supply chain, logistics, data analytics
  • Experience managing offshore teams
  • Experience in Returns, reverse logistics, and claims management
  • Home delivery experience is required
  • Successful management experience including but not limited to leadership, motivational ability, time management, organizational skills, training, and coaching
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy
