Are you a change expert who loves to lead business transformation adoption? Reporting to the Organizational Change Lead, the Change Management Consultant will join an enterprise-wide team supporting the LCBO's Future State Modernization program.

Our goal is to enhance operational excellence through integrated processes, data, and systems, driving improved speed to market and an elevated employee and customer experience.

You will partner with the team delivering per the integrated program plan to support planned benefits realization.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver change management activities required to accelerate the use of changes that will occur as a result of this program.

You will be a change agent, partner, coach, and facilitator, as part of an influential change management team to lead faster adoption, higher ultimate use of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.

  • Partner with business leaders and vendors to adopt industry best practices, business process standardization and outofthebox functionality to enhance operational efficiency and increase speed to market.
  • Identify the impacts of change and support adoption and sustainment of new ways of working.
  • Engage leaders and build change capability as they prepare for go live and sustain change.
  • Engage the change network to support adoption of the business transformation and realize the benefits.
  • Provide important messages and input into the communication plans from a change perspective.
  • Support all training activities including needs identification, planning, reviewing content and materials, logistics, facilitating, and golive support.
  • Facilitate working sessions and complete organizational change deliverables to meet program goals and timelines.
  • Assess change readiness, define success indicators, and measure adoption and sustainment.
About You

  • University Degree in Psychology, Communication, Business or Related Field
  • 3+ years' experience in a lead or specialistlevel role within a largescale change initiative where you have liaised with business teams, built, and managed change plans that are integrated into the project plan, and played a handson role in drafting and implementing important change management deliverables.
  • Understanding of fundamental Change Management methods and deliverables achieved through a Change Management Certification or equivalent working experience.
  • Working understanding of software development lifecycle methodology, Agile, and other project implementation methodologies to predict and align the dependencies between technical and peoplechange activities.
  • Comfortable with enterpriselevel IT and business transformational business process implementations, knowing how to avoid jargon and creating clear, meaningful messages.
  • Subject matter expertise in either training or communications, behaviour change, partner engagement and adoption considered an asset.
  • Proficient expertise across all core Microsoft tools (including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel), specifically: (1) Able to produce presentation materials, and (2) conversant in working in and creating spreadsheets for change management tracking, data analysis, and producing report summaries.
  • Ability to develop change management programs for medium to largescale change efforts and present to and influence executive management.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships and represent the business in change planning.
