- Daily issuance of parts and supplies from stock inventory
- Receiving maintenance-related parts inventory, work order materials, and contractor service reports
- Investigating shipping variances and invoice discrepancies with suppliers
- Conducting daily cycle counts and monitoring stockroom inventory
- Preparing packages for shipment and scheduling pick-ups
- Organizing stock room inventory and re-organizing as needed
- Picking and staging materials for work orders
- Building technical parts structure (Bill of Materials) with the maintenance team
- Following Maple Leaf C3 policies and procedures for receiving and inventory
- Maintaining general housekeeping of stockroom
- Performing assigned duties efficiently
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in a stock room environment (maintenance background preferred)
- Inventory management/stockroom related education
- Knowledge of stockroom applications and maintenance parts
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask
- Self-motivated with a track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with SAP asset management systems a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
