    Position: Concierge (Full Time, Permanent)
    Location: Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia
    Start Date: ASAP

    About Us
    One of our clients is currently hiring for an experienced Concierge professional with an annual salary of $65,000 plus benefits. The primary function of this position is to support operations of the property's concierge services.

    Responsibilities
    Resident Relations and Customer Experience:

    • Provide prompt and courteous service to prospective and current residents, focusing on their individual needs and wants
    • Establish positive working relationships with business owners and suppliers in the area in order to provide residents with high quality and reliable recommendations
    • Build an expert knowledge of the surrounding community, its amenities and services, providing information to residents about the property and the surrounding area
    • Answer, record, and process all resident calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
    • Record and report resident complaints to the Property Manager for immediate action
    • Liaise with Residents and trades as required, tracking activities to and from suites and within the common areas

    Property Operations:

    • Provide building access to contractors and visitors by maintaining contractor logs and managing access devices
    • Monitor access by activating and maintaining log of security access cards and fobs, underground transmitters and other access devices
    • Maintain enterphone system and security system software
    • Perform regular patrols of the interior and exterior common areas
    • Act as a liaison between contracted staff and Property Manager, reporting any issues to Management
    • Communicate with the Property Manager, team members and site staff on an ongoing basis

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year of previous Concierge experience required
    • Working knowledge of the Strata Property Act preferred;
    • Motivated and professional with a service-oriented mindset;
    • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written;
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflict tactfully;
    • Computer literate including intermediate knowledge of MS Office;
    • Organized and detail-oriented
