- The publication of memos for the department and for procurement presentations
- Delivery tracking and verification of products and advertised prices
- Assistance and administrative support in the elaboration/production of team projects
- Post-secondary education in business administration or commerce, a relevant asset or experience (1-3 years) or be a recent graduate with good communication skills and be able to assimilate the subject matter quickly
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
- Work with minimal supervision and have leadership skills
- Be able to work on more than one project at a time
- Very good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of AS400, AX, and BSWP (an asset)
