    You are a Canadian immigration lawyer with a minimum of one year of immigration experience.

    You have a strong understanding of immigration law and policy and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

    Determine course of action and supervise support staff to complete applications and prepare submission packages for all categories of immigration matters in your area of expertise.


    • Legal research and problem solving.
    • Strategic/innovative/creative legal thinking.
    • Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures.
    • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
    • Enjoys helping clients to provide excellent legal service efficiently.
    • Quebec call, French language and Quebec immigration experience are asset.
