The Fraud Product team, part of Enterprise Protect, is responsible for protecting the Bank, customers and employees by delivering and supporting strategic technology solutions to analyze, prevent, detect and resolve fraud against TD customers and critical TD technology assets.


Job Description:


Product SME:


  • Understand and drive alignment with Business Capabilities model
  • Support domain leads with creation and maintaining OKRs that aligns with the Business Objectives
  • Align delivery of product features with business priorities
  • Support Fraud stakeholders in all aspects of products exploration and development through research
  • Liaise with domain leads in all aspects of Product Governance and Management

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES CUSTOMER*

  • Represent business as their Operational Excellence Champion
  • Owns the deployment and change management for initiatives / projects spanning across all project tiers
  • Responsible for providing support to projects in developing operating practices to support delivery and integration of Marketing Technology projects into Operational Processes
  • Owns and maintains 3year roadmap to establish vision, clarity, and alignment with the strategic and tactical direction of the business
  • Oversees financial planning and management process as part of Operations budget and Marketing Technology budgets
  • Accountable for documentation management for Business Operations and Project artifacts (i.e. Operations Manuals, BRD, SRS, Test Plans, etc)

SHAREHOLDER:


  • Owns overall accountability for managing operational risk and controls
  • Accountable for executive and management communications as it pertains to the Business Operations
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements under Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and the Office of the Chief Data Officer
  • Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program, project managers
  • Manage / oversee the intake of new projects and ensure Business Systems Analyst resources are effectively allocated amongst the project portfolio
  • Communicate and negotiate timelines, budget, staffing, scope and critical milestones with project managers and key stakeholders
  • Ensure the team maintains compliance and procedure guidelines to support satisfactory audit results

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
  • Seven (7) or more years relevant experience
  • Alignment to guidelines and regulatory requirements under Privacy, Legal and Compliance
  • Dexterous in managing budgets and resource allocation
  • Adroit in using analytical software tools, MS Office, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Adept in working multifunctionally, communicating professionally (both speaking and writing) and establishing positive working relationships across multiple business and technology partners, programs and project managers
  • Act as a brand ambassador for your team, business area / function and TD, internally and externall
