Agio Accelerator is the research & development division at Agio, encompassing product management, data science, and software engineering. We build technology solutions to both internal and client-facing business problems at scale.

Please note:

Our HQ is in New York, but this position can be anywhere in the US, Canada, or the UK.

Own product development and execution for 12 major problem areas
Lead user research, discovery, definition, and gotomarket for your product lines
Innovate new solutions to our customers' biggest problems using LLMs and other data technologies as needed

Responsibilities

Manage feature lifecycles, from planning and discovery through product release and iteration
Work closely with the rest of the product team, data science, and engineering to build concepts and requirements
Identify opportunities and customer needs through market and user research
Work with business stakeholders to manage timeline expectations and plan launches
Function as product owner for an Agile development team to define, deliver and iterate on capabilities

Experience Required

Previous product management experience working with datacentric/AIpowered products
Demonstrated success defining and launching successful products and features
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Outcomesoriented, not outputoriented
Ability to blend highlevel strategic thinking with intheweeds execution and attention to detail
Comfort working with uncertainty in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with training models, NLP, modern machine learning libraries

Nice to haves

Data science training or professional experience
Familiarity with IT and/or cybersecurity as an industry
