    Responsibilities
    In this Accounts Payable Associate role in downtown Toronto, you will have the following duties:

    • Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Reconcile corporate credit card statements, ensuring timely and accurate posting of expenses.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices and credit card transactions.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members to address payment inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of accounts payable transactions and reconciliation processes.
    • Assist in monthend close activities, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts payable subledger to general ledger accounts.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline accounts payable processes and improve efficiency.
    • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable and credit card reconciliation.
    Qualifications
    We are looking for the following experience for this Accounts Payable Associate position in downtown Toronto:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience processing fullcycle, highvolume AP.
    • Previous reconciling corporate credit cards is a requirement.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak up and ask investigative questions to stakeholders.
