The Role:


The Client Relations Department at Mackenzie Investments is looking for a responsible Client Relations Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Client Relations Administrator include providing support to the Client Relations Representatives and Distribution Team with assistance through a variety of daily, recurring and AdHoc responsibilities.

As a Client Relations Administrator, you will have the opportunity to do your best work by
-
Providing high-quality service to external and internal customers. Utilize knowledge of business to review requests and generate required reports. Ensure accuracy of information when preparing forms for manual cheques, Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) and wire requests. Provide duplicate copy of tax receipts and statements and ensure delivery according to handling instructions. Research archives for required documentation.
- **Creating effortless experiences for our clients**. Assist in preparation and distribution of daily (morning and mid-day) reports on outstanding correspondence work items. Liaise with Managers and Workforce Planning team in scheduling and distribution of correspondence work items to the Client Relations Representative.
- **Identifying opportunities for change and optimization in a collaborative manner. **Work to continuously improve business processes in day-to-day activities. Keep up to date with knowledge of company processes. Coordinate activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Financial industry experience:1-2 years of financial industry experience, and a passion for creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint in particular).

Relationship management: Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with your peers and business partners across the company. Professional attitude, with strong customer orientation.

Results oriented mindset: Passion for self-development learning and a growth mindset

Problem Solver:Detail-oriented, ability to problem solve and make decision in a dynamic environment.

Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual (French, Asian & English) is an asset.

Planning and Organization: Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education: Post-secondary education and/or related field. Industry-related courses, such as CSC, IFC would be an asset.
