Reporting to the Director of Client Experience, coordinating the company's marketing initiatives, and supporting all divisions in the company with communications, you are a highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented and professional individual with exceptional communication and writing abilities in a variety of mediums.


The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead our client's sales and marketing teams through new project launches as well as all corporate marketing initiatives.

They are looking for a motivated, project management professional who brings existing consultant and media relationships and a track record of delivering on-time and value-added campaigns for brands and new product launches.


Responsibilities

  • Design and execute communication strategies for prospects and clients across the development lifecycle, publicfacing platforms (i.e., social media), project partners and stakeholders, as well as for internal staff.
  • Plan and execute brands, campaigns, timelines, and budgets for new development sales launches.
  • Work directly with external consultants to design and oversee marketing assets completed on time and on budget.
  • Work directly with the Head of Sales to identify tools and opportunities for the Sales Team
  • Train and assist sales and marketing team members with inquiries from potential purchasers or realtors regarding upcoming developments.
  • Maintain and analyze customer and registrant data.
  • Analyze and report on advertising campaigns and strategies.
  • Solid understanding of business acumen including tracking and evaluating research, engagement, analytics, and profit/loss statements.
  • Maintain the Marketing & Communications budget: solicit estimates, process, reconcile and file all related invoices.
  • Evaluate community engagement and corporate sponsorship opportunities.
  • Coordinate and attend sales launches, grand openings, or other company events when required (these events are typically held outside of the contract hours).
  • Evaluate and implement opportunities to improve the client experience.
  • Evaluate and implement opportunities to improve internal sales and marketing processes.
  • Miscellaneous tasks as required.

Professional
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing, advertising, and/or project management experience
  • Experience in marketing and advertising preconstruction residential real estate is an asset.
  • Must be selfmotivated, independent, and detail oriented.
  • Established understanding of digital advertising, print media, and social media.
  • Ability to multitask, pivot, prioritise and work under pressure sales and marketing timelines and processes are constantly in flux.
  • Proven understanding and evaluation of graphic design, branding, and marketing campaigns
  • Passion and drive for continual improvement and accomplishment, developing industryleading projects balanced with achieving NHDG's schedule and budget objectives.
  • Experience/consistent performance in deadlineoriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work.
  • Collaborative spirit, with the ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities both through internal department deadlines and external deadlines.

Technical Qualifications

  • Extremely strong communication concise writing, creative writing, and verbal presentation skills as well as English grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and spelling skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Proficient in any software used for creating visual presentations and reports (i.e. PowerPoint, the Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience with photography and video editing is an asset.
  • Experience with WordPress is an asset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access is an asset.
  • Possession of an active Driver's License and access to a vehicle with all required businessrelated transportation expenses to be reimbursed by the company.
  • Proven track record of excelling as a leader within a teamoriented and collaborative environment.
