The individual selected for this position will work closely alongside a talented group of Delinquent Account Specialists.

Due to the collaborative nature of this growing team, this position comes with loads of support and is an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

This role provides exposure to various aspects of Customer Service, Collections, Contracts, and Batch Processing.
Investigating Client Accounts flagged as Inactive with or without Shortfall
Conducting investigations and research into Client Accounts
Assisting clients as they transition their account back into compliance
Negotiating repayment plans with clients on deficient accounts
Analyzing open AR and resolving collection issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
Strong intuition as it pertains to detecting fraudulent client patterns, behaviours, or dubious claims
