Our Business Development Center (Call Center) is looking for an outgoing, customer service-oriented BDC Representative to work. _This role is completely remote_

The Position
You're naturally friendly and just want to help people to the best of your abilities.

Our BDC Reps help coordinate appointments for our Service customers, but they are gearing up to do so much , BUSINESS other words, help drive business to our stores

You'll do all of this over the phone, so you have to have a friendly voice and ROCKSTAR customer service skills.

You will be answering phone calls and will learn to navigate the system of multiple dealerships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls in a timely manner and addressing customer inquiries
Documenting customer interactions accurately within the company's system
Troubleshooting customer technical issues
Transferring customers to appropriate departments as needed
Following up on outstanding customer issues
Maintaining an uptodate knowledge on company's products, services, policies and procedures.
Being able to multitask and learn multiple Dealership systems.
4x10 Schedule.
