- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Perform configuration and management tasks using tools such as Terraform, Ansible. Work towards infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and reliability
- Assist in managing cloud resources, monitoring performance, and optimizing costs
- Set up and configure monitoring and alerting tools to track system performance, identify issues, and ensure uptime and reliability
- Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to support their needs and requirements
- Subject matter expert of applications owned by Price and promo team with detailed knowledge in all the associated application/environmental dependencies
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues and help support applications in all environments
- 5+ years of professional work experience in IT support or server administration
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Server or Linux platforms
- 3+ years of experience working with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, and real-time monitoring
- 3+ years of experience supporting and/or developing Java/C# applications
- Experience with the latest DevOps technologies such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, APM, and Cloud
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least one scripting language (Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash)
- Availability to work in a 24/7 operations environment
- Experience with AMS is a plus
