- Manage the entire Level design team
- Work hand in hand with the Creative Director to iterate, implement and execute on key design and level building principles
- Block out and build levels and iterate through playtesting and providing/implementing feedback
- Work with the art team to ensure designs meet the highest visual quality standards while maintaining gameplay and enjoyment
- Take full design ownership – from initial concepts, through development phases, scripting, iteration, debugging, to optimization – until game release
- Provide mentoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving assistance to level design team members
- Proactively identify and address cross-discipline challenges and project risks
- Promote a culture of open, honest, and respectful communication across all disciplines
- Expert in game design both in practice and theory
- MUST have designed levels for a multiplayer title within the last 5 years
- 10 Years of professional level design experience, including team leadership
- Experience in AAA shooter game development
- At least 2 successfully launched AAA games on PC or console
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to manage tasks efficiently and deliver top-quality work on time
- Capability to process, comprehend, and apply received feedback
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine is advantageous

Founded in 2002, PCF has left its mark on the shooter genre with titles like Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. As one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios, we continue to enhance our capabilities with the internal PCF Framework.
Our creative teams are currently immersed in multiple exciting projects, from the new Gemini game developed with Square Enix to Maverick, a Triple-A title in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation. Additionally, projects such as Bifrost and Victoria are being independently developed. We are also engaged in VR projects and more undisclosed endeavors.
