Description:
Dans le cadre du développment d'un avion, le rôle primaire de calculateur structure est d'assurer que l'analyse de contraintes est conforme au requis de certifications métalliques pour la structure primaire, la conception des structures secondaires et la conception des installations des systèmes.
• S'assurer que la portée technique est respectée selon les exigences du client, les besoins du programme et les exigences du fabricant.
• Définir les tests pour répondre aux exigences de certification des structures aérodynamiques.
• Analyser les contraintes afin de prédire les tests (comportement et mode de défaillance).
• Supporter et surveiller les tests.
• Rédiger des rapports de tests et de certification.
• Valider les méthodologies développées en corrélant les tests avec les calculs.
• Analyser les contraintes des structures primaires composites et métalliques.
• Soutenir les activités de R&D du site selon les besoins.
Qualifications et compétences:

Actalent is looking for an Stress Analyst for one of our aerospace clients in Montreal
Description:
As part of the development of an aircraft, the primary role of the structural calculator is to ensure that the stress analysis complies with the required metal certifications for the primary structure, the design of secondary structures and the system installation design
• Ensure that the technical scope is respected according to customer requirements, program needs and manufacturer requirements.
• Define tests to meet aero structure certification requirements.
• Analyze constraints in order to predict tests (behavior and failure mode).
• Support and monitor tests.
• Write test and certification reports.
• Validate the methodologies developed by correlating the tests with the calculations.
• Analyze the constraints of primary composite and metallic structures.
• Support the site's R&D activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
years Fatigue, Static OR DTA stress on commercial aircraft
