Visionpool Business Services is hiring a HYBRID Product Analyst who will:

Description of Duties:

  • Document and execute user story acceptance tests
  • Provide user story and solution support to team members
  • Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
  • Understand business needs, constraints and problems to identify solution options
  • Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release
  • Gains understanding of business needs, constraints and problems to identify solution options
  • Collaborates with the development team, product stakeholders, and endusers to understand, manage and document business requirements

Required Experience:

  • Minimum one year of experience in finance, marketing, or commerce
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment using Scrum as the framework
  • Experience working with data environments
  • Experience investigating solution options for automation and simplification of business processes
  • Ability to understand different viewpoints of stakeholders
  • Experience facilitating problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to perform assessment of complex technical solutions to identify issues and resolve incidents
