Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Toronto.
The People Corporation continues to be on a growth trajectory.

Sales Optimization plays a critical role in this growth, and we are excited to be growing our Sales Optimization team with the addition of a Project Manager, Sales Optimization.

The Project Manager is responsible for effectively managing schedule, cost and overall implementation of projects initiated within the Sales Capacity Optimization initiative.

This is a critical role in the organization requiring a combination of project management, technical and interpersonal skills to be successful.

The Project Manager is responsible for providing dedicate support to the various work streams within the initiative projects while effectively communicating and managing expectations of cross functional teams.

The Project Manager will:

Responsible for the project coordination of all work streams.
Develops project plans for each work stream and documents workback schedules for each work stream.
Coordinates and participates in all activities required for successful development and execution of each work stream.
Brings the voice of sales teams as the programs are being developed.
Responsible for alignment and support of all distribution enablement initiatives.
Provides monthly reporting on the progress of each work stream and how they are tracking against key milestones.
Support project resources and individual business units as they complete key inputs/deliverables to the project (i.e., business cases, benefits estimates, etc.), ensuring that quality/consistency is maintained.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately distributed for review approval and are stored appropriately.
Track metrics to establish project benefits realization and assist in project closure.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risk through entire solution life cycle.
Responsible for the endtoend ownership for the delivery of the recruitment and onboarding/training workstream, working closely with HR in its development and the subsequent rollout within distribution/sales.
Partner with Human Resources to understand strategic initiatives and critical success factors to help facilitate a sales centric recruitment & onboarding/training program.
Implements and monitors a strategic, comprehensive onboarding/training program.
Works with regional sales teams to ensure new hires are seamlessly onboarded; leverages training modules and ensures all existing staff have gone through the program.

To be successful
as a Project Manager
with People Corporation, you will need:

Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in managing multiple complex projects.
PMP designation.
Sales enablement and sales team experience.
Decision making and leadership.
Communications skills, both written and verbal.
Organization and planning.
Business acumen.
Technical competence.
Critical thinking.
Metrics oriented.
Adaptable.

Fluency in English & French languages.
