About us
Crystal Clean has been a leading mobile wash service provider in the Greater Toronto Area since inception in 2002. It has grown from three employees to over 40 throughout the seasons.

In 2015, the company added sweeping services to its conglomerate knowing it was time to take a big step forward.

In summer of 2017 we introduced street flushing, bringing more scope to our fleet, and a more polished look for our clients.

We currently operate out of two seperate locations complete with an automotive repair center as well as office space.

As a representative of the Crystal Clean brand, you will join a team where many members have seen a tangible impact on their career goals and longevity in the industry.

You will be at the head of our team of sweeping, water flushing and power washing operators. This entails making key decisions in scheduling drivers to ensure the highest level of efficiency. You will be in contact with all drivers while having access to online fleet tracking software. In addition, you will be acting as a liaison between clients and employees. Requirements:

Minimum of five to six years in a managerial role
Extensive experience sourcing auto parts is an asset
Conflict resolution skills
Working knowledge of heavy equipment with driving experience being an asset
Ability to withstand and navigate high pressure situations with sudden changes within short time frames
Understanding of people both from a client and employee perspective
Time management skills and ability to conduct business unassisted by management
Eager problem solver
Applicants must currently reside in Canada

Schedule & Pay:

This is a full-time position with five working days and 40 hours per week. As we are a company that operates seven days a week, there is the option for six-day work weeks. Management hours are between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and will be discussed during hiring based on your preference. We offer competitive wages based on experience, as well as a complete benefits package.
