Who You Are:

We are looking for a Customer Recovery Team member to build positive relationships with every Customer they interact with. You'll be the assigned team manager's first point of contact, ensuring that our employees remain satisfied with our services. To succeed in this role, you'll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in sales and customer service is an asset in this position. If you're a team player and a problem-solver, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with employees are strong, profitable, and enduring.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Researching and responding to all complaints received from the following organizations.
  • Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA)
  • Department of Transportation (DOT)
  • Better Business Bureau (BBB)
  • Ensure effective, consistent coordination, and implementation of HR business processes, functions, and procedures and monitor HR projects and workflow.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 WPM
  • Background in Escalations and Sales
  • Working knowledge of PC/Windows environment and Microsoft office suite
  • Experience in GDS (Global distribution system) Nav Blue, Intelisys is not required and is beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks effectively and resourceful
  • Wellmanaged organization skills and capable of working independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset) Understanding of the Air passenger protection regulation
