The Talent Acquisition Business Partner supports full cycle recruitment with a focus on executing an effective strategy to attract the best talent while driving our culture and employer brand, and delivering on key hire deliverables. Responsible for end to end recruitment and attraction of top talent by deploying multi faceted sourcing strategies Build a robust talent pipeline that will ensure hires occur within the agreed upon timelines Actively brings to life programs and practices to reduce unconscious bias with a relentless search for a diverse workforce Coordinates relationships with relevant consultants/vendors including sourcing and selection Conducts prescreens, interviews, coordinates assessments, background and reference checks, and all tasks as they pertain the recruitment process To support Cogeco's ultimate goal of providing excellent service to current and potential customers, the incumbent must be constantly attentive and responsive to both external and internal customers' needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner while ensuring that the solution meets the customer's needs

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
ACADEMIC TRAINING Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline required Professional Certification in HR / Recruitment is an assetWORK EXPERIENCE 5+years' experience in full cycle recruitment and selection of talent in a fast paced environment Previous experience with both Corporate and agency recruitment preferred Experience working with an ATS, preferably WorkdaySPECIFIC COMPETENCIES Demonstrates highly developed recruiting skills including experience using behavioral based interviewing techniques to assess and select the most suitable and qualified applicants. Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, execute multiple tasks simultaneously while working with conflicting priorities in a fastpaced environment. Highly developed consultative, management, coaching, and conflict resolution skills to effectively identify and resolve issues. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence business partners while maintaining positive relationships. Detail oriented, accurate and thorough with solid organizational skills. Self motivated with the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving problems independently. Monitors own work for quality. Proven planning skills with the ability to "think outside the box" and see the "big picture" impact of decisions/actions. Ability to exercise judgment and use discretion with highly confidential materials. Team orientated with solid interpersonal skills, a winning customer service attitude and high level of professionalism
