    Role Overview
    • Prepare financing documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Collaborate with various internal departments to streamline operations.
    Responsibilities
    • Generate financing documents in line with policies and approvals.
    • Address queries from account managers regarding documentation.
    • Ensure compliance of participation agreements with policies.
    • Act as a resource for different teams and provide support.
    • Review securities documentation for adherence to regulations.
    • Assist in the disbursement process and handle post-disbursement requests.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements.
    Qualifications
    • DCS in Paralegal or equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years in finance.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial financing laws and security perfection.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in French and English required for complex communications.
    • Good understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
