We're looking for a bilingual Client Services Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating and managing activities on clients' accounts and ensure that we deliver products and services that meet customer expectations.

This person will have the responsibility to understand client requirements and provide advice on how to best meet those requirements from a print manufacturing perspective.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Understand and interpret client requests and translate those requests into instructions and production specifications to be fulfilled to achieve the clients' desired results.
  • Lead client activities related to the coordination of production and order execution.
  • Process requests directly from Clients or a Sales Associate relating to orders, inventory, pricing, deliveries, general inquiries, customer issues and leads in identifying problems and creating solutions.
  • Advise and recommend the best manufacturing processes to meet Client's expectations including, but not limited to, size, quantity, paper, finishing and delivery method.
  • Provide a timely response to pricing inquiries, item set ups, contract pricing, and all other administrative tasks that may be required.
  • Work with internal teams to develop workback schedules that could have a wide range of touchpoints and dependencies.
  • Manage client inventory levels through historical analysis and making informed recommendations.
  • Gather data as required for the development of partner business reviews (PBR's) or other customer reporting needs.
  • Effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fully understand Client contract terms and conditions, Statement of Work and Service Level Agreements as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Excellent interpretation and communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and/or project management skills
  • Analytical with solid problemsolving skills
  • Process driven and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in both French & English languages (spoken and written)
  • Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel & Outlook)
  • Print production knowledge and/or understanding of Digital Print, Large Format Print, Offset and related processes would be an asset
  • Postsecondary diploma and/or other related experience
