  • Our team builds value and relationships through forming custom approaches for our client's individual needs and in executing on those approaches through experience, proactivity and a conscious recognition of the importance of the services we are engaged for._
  • Filing and organization of paperwork;
  • Corresponding with technicians when required;
  • Retrieving and issuing PO numbers for jobs;
  • Assisting senior and office staff with day to day operations;
  • Relaying information and parts to and from the office;
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls;
  • Maintaining good relations with customers;
  • Ensuring that technicians complete notes and documents correctly;
  • Being a pointtopoint contact for inside sales and quote follow ups;
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:


  • Experience in the fire alarm/sprinkler industry a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong IT literacy;
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve conflict;
  • Valid Driver's license.

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
