- Greet customers entering establishments;
- Oversee the store's front-end with respect to loss-prevention;
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas;
- Process / inspect merchandise returns and exchanges;
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards;
- Assist / listen to customer;
- Grade 12 education or equivalent preferred;
- Able to work with minimal supervision;
- Multi-tasking multiple customers & situations time to time;
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times;
- Able to work well under pressure and busy customer atmosphere occasionally;
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check.
