Summary:


This position is a remote sales support position in Toronto, Ontario (GTA) that will report to the Senior, National Sales Director.

Lassonde Foodservice is looking for a dynamic individual that will be an extension and support to our sales team. This individual must be a self-starter, solution oriented and multitasker.


Key activities:


  • Coordinate Ontario samples, storage and equipment.
  • Responsible for the sample inventory and ensure sample rotation, arrive on time.
  • Communicate discontinued items/new items.
  • Prepare and support trade shows.
  • Implement and manage customer pricing templates and track invoices.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for sales team.
  • Maintain customer files, data input, pricing files, contract up to date.
  • Responsible for new customers/new items set up.
  • Attend regional meetings virtually or live when available.
  • Act as liaison between sales and all support departments.
  • Work in conjunction with other Sales Coordinators to ensure all sales needs and requests are being met.

Education and experiences required:


  • BAC Business Business/Marketing.
  • 35 years of experience in coordinating projects in the marketing / sales sector at national level.
  • Minimum 13 years in a support within the CPG industry, ideally as part of sales.
  • Experience in the food sector (asset).

Competencies:


  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask proficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Innovative, solutionoriented mindset.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Bilingual (an asset).
