***: As the Financial Planning & Analysis Operations Manager, you will support the finance transformation with a focus on standardizing operational processes and ensure common metrics and productivity funnels are in place. This position will be key in implementing common systems to measure plant and supply metrics.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Work cross functionally with operations and supply management to support productivity and cost savings initiatives.
  • Develop and standardize plant metrics, Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) and productivity measurements.
  • Review plant metrics, recommend enhancements for appropriate productivity metrics and leading indicators for internal reporting.
  • Establish common supplier scorecards, partnering with supply on savings opportunities.
  • Works with lean plant teams to support financial analysis on initiatives.
  • Assist in preparation of business cases and modeling to support new investments.
  • Communicate results and recommendations for cost reduction improvements.
  • Assist in Enterprise Performance Management system design to support operations and supply management reporting requirements.
  • Provide support for target setting on operations and supply initiatives to support midterm and longrange forecasting.
  • Support enterprise expense initiatives, tying spends and saves to plans and forecasts.
  • Prepare and present results and recommendations to senior management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Engineering field.
  • Ten to fifteen years of progressive business experience with a mix of corporate and business unit experiences.
  • EPM systems knowledge along with Microsoft Office suite expertise.
  • Ability to drive change and garner buyin to initiatives company wide.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Motivated selfstarter with high level of initiative.
  • Above average interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
