About the Job
We are looking for a Learning Experience Coordinator - Marketing Services.

The mission of this role is to develop, maintain and iterate on our Marketing Services training programs in the areas of team member onboarding and continued learning.

This role is one that will help us scale our Marketing Services teams, and help them feel more confident in the services that our teams are fulfilling or communicating about.

This role will help drive our division's strategic pillars forward and push us towards meeting those goals.


The impact you'll have

  • Learning Operations_
  • Program Management: Own scheduling and logistics for all internal learning programs, including the management of the induction training calendar for Marketing Services learning programs
  • Communication: Promote existing learning programs and take part in Vendasta University through clear, concise and structured communication strategies.
  • Feedback collection and dissemination: Collect, distribute and analyze program feedback and share results that will guide datadriven decisionmaking.
  • LMS Administration: Design and Administer courses in our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Training Design & Delivery_
  • Facilitation: Act as the primary facilitator and program manager for Marketing Services induction training (Marketing Services employee onboarding program); deliver content in a meaningful and interactive manner.
  • Support in the content development and maintenance for Marketing Services induction training, certification program, and one to many partner motions.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Maintain the courses developed, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date to drive improved team member performance and utilization.

The value you'll bring

  • 12 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Experience coordinating multiple events in an organizational setting
  • Proficient in Google Suite products in a way that support the overall learning experience
  • Proficient in Canva
  • Proficient in Website Pro / Wordpress
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and webdelivery tools
  • Familiarity with learning methods and techniques
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and psychologically safe learning environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business conditions and shifting priorities
  • Proven timemanagement skills that demonstrate the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines/project effectively
  • Proven ability to work effectively & successfully in a fastpaced, agile environment
  • Successful track record of creating trust and maintaining relationships in an organizational setting
  • Basic understanding of learning management systems is considered an asset
