Sourcing Carrier options

  • Coordinating/dispatching freight
  • Estimate or quote prices/credit or contract terms
  • Work closely with Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer service to clients
  • Followup with carriers and clients to obtain and relay realtime information regarding freight delivery
  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
  • Set up and maintain customer, product, and pricing information

Requirements:


  • Preference with experience in Intermodal and Ocean transportation
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to persevere
  • Understanding of basic mathematical and geographical concepts.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

- logistics: 2 years (preferred)
