COORDINATOR, MARKETING
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing the Coordinator, Marketing will assist in the execution and delivery of a variety of brand, marketing and advertising projects related to Festival 2023, and yearround events at TIFF Bell Lightbox.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
Support in the ongoing collection and presentation of team metrics, including dashboards and adhoc reports Run partner contests and promotions for Festival and yearround events via TIFF's online contesting platform With the support of the Marketing Manager, assist in webpage content planning as per marketing and promotional priorities for web channels, including , digital TIFF Bell Lightbox, and TIFF Shop. Facilitate the tracking and fulfillment of ticketing allocations for the Marketing team and their stakeholders Design and deploy audience feedback surveys for key programming initiatives, based on current best practices Assist in audience development via community outreach for yearround and Festival events Other duties as required
JOB GRADE & SALARY:
Job Grade 1 Salary Range/Annually $45,000$55,000

WORK LOCATION:
Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5 Weekly in office requirements:
- Minimum 2 days (November to May)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A postsecondary degree/certificate in marketing, business, or communications (preferred) Previous experience working in an arts & culture and/or film environment is considered an asset Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders both internal and external (programming, community partners, management, internal departments etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt to evolving departmental initiatives Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills to communicate effectively with TIFF audiences and crossfunctional teams Proven organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
