We are looking for an accomplished, client facing Project Manager to lead all elements of a project, from initiation through to post-implementation, and who can coordinate multiple projects, depending on the maturity/complexity level of the project(s).

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of project management plans including budget and risk
  • Direct projects by monitoring progress, identifying variances and creating corrective actions
  • Lead teams through projects by delegating, coaching, motivating and handling conflict
  • Bring projects to a formal conclusion and document the lessons learned for future projects
  • Set expectations, deadlines and ensure they are met
  • Mentor team members and colleagues, and collaborate with other project managers

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing large projects
  • An organized multitasker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Leader who excels in helping others grow
  • A decisionmaker with insight in stakeholder management

Education / Certification:

  • Business, Science or Technology University and at least 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a project management role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
