    The big picture

    We're looking for a fullstack developer who's passionate about making great digital products. You are excited to work with a flexible tech stack where you will have room to play. You will partner with startups to shape their ideas, bringing them to life, and work with enterprises to help them redefine the way they deliver value to their customers. You will have numerous opportunities to work with different technologies creating web and/or native applications. Since 2010, we've partnered with businesses of all sizes to provide rocket fuel to launch their applications and a dose of pixie dust to take their digital products to the next level. Developing digital experiences with companies like Air Miles, Glo, Paypal, TELUS, and Zynga, we've built applications that are used by millions of people every day.

    A sneak peek at what you'll be doing

    • You'll consult the team on platform capabilities that can be leveraged in the product design
    • You'll work with Engagement Managers and POs to create a roadmap and a plan to deliver it
    • You'll work with managers to develop and execute growth plans, provide feedback and mentorship to developers and contribute to end of year reviews
    • You'll bring expertise and influence decision making with regards to database design and applications architecture design
    • You'll be creating, implementing and maintaining full-featured responsive web and/or native applications
    • You'll help organize/mentor other developers
    • You'll help establish best practices for new and existing technologies
    • You'll help support sales/technology consulting with clients

    What you bring to the table

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with experience in software development
    • Proven expertise with multiple modern programming languages (Javascript, Swift, Kotlin, Java, C#, etc.) in one or more platforms (iOS, Android, Web, etc.)
    • Experience building modern web and/or mobile applications using React, , React Native, iOS, Android,
    • You have knowledge of software design patterns and can architect the application design to empower the team to build together.
    • Experience with database design and building/consuming REST APIs
    • Experience building user interfaces (HTML/CSS, CSS-in-JS, TailwindCSS, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose)
    • Experience deploying applications (web or mobile) and building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
    • Experience working with product owners/project managers to draft and execute a technical delivery plan
    • You have knowledge of software design patterns, and common programming paradigms such as Reactive Programming, AOP, MVC, MVVM, etc.
