Change Management Consultant - Virtual Care


The Change Management Consultant is responsible for the successful deployment, onboarding support, and sustained adoption of virtual care solutions within St.

Joseph's Health Care London and London Health Sciences Centre clinical areas.

The Change Management Consultant is also responsible for being a champion leader in the mode of virtual care delivery, celebrating, promoting and discovering virtual care excellence within both LHSC and St.

Joseph's Hospital London. This position will primarily be a remote (work-from-home) position with the need to come onsite as required to support clinical areas

  • Status: Regular Full-Time
  • Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
  • Rate of Pay: $ $50.34 per hour

Qualifications:


What you bring:


  • Successful completion of Bachelor degree in Change Management, Health Sciences, Healthrelated discipline or as acceptable by Hospital
  • Change Management certification required (i.e. Prosci ADKAR)
  • Current professional registration in good standing with a Healthrelated discipline required
  • Over 5 years experience required
  • Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills
  • Advanced planning and project coordination skills along with a track record of successfully delivering on past projects and transformational initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in training, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the interrelationship between clinical processes and technology tools
  • Strong problemsolving capabilities including the ability to defend recommendations and decisions developed through analysis of business needs, risks and technical requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple and changing demands
  • Excellent mediation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate diplomatically with individuals at all levels
  • Microsoft Office fluency
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a working member of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's Mission, Vision and Values
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Immunization Requirements:


  • Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
  • Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
